But I am asking about members who are already registered, not new registrations. Can a list be populated all at once based on existing members levels? Is there a button to trigger this after setting the rules?

Hi – we’re in 2024 now, has any progress been made on this feature request?
I have a client who needs this feature.
For now can you at least make it possible to assign role capabilities so they can change the general settings without being admins.
