KeymasterHi, the missing file reported (admin-ajax.php) is not used by our plugin, hence that is another error not connected to newsletter. Probably that error is due to the prefix /pt/, maybe added by a multilanguage plugin.
You should try to find out an error related to the url https://coinrevolution.com/?na=s which is an action url by newsletter which called directly works perfectly, giving back “invalid” which is correct.
I suspect you have problem with the mailing system. Check from status panel if your blog is able to send emails.Stefano.

KeymasterHi, generally every theme provided as pure HTML can be used, starting a newsletter with the HTML template and copy inside the HTML source. We have not a method to upload a zipped theme. Remember that images must be uploaded separately and the link to that image fixed by hand since the html themes are mostly containing relative references to images.

KeymasterHi, as I can see in the error log, there is only a problem of authentication (the password is not correct) on port 587. On port 2525 the connection is refused, means your provider is blocking it. 25 and 465 -> timeout, again the provider is blocking them.

The custom welcome page can be set on the subscription setting panel if you need to have a specific url loaded after the activation (with double opt in) or after the subscription (with single op in).

If you use woocommerce when have a set of filter you can configure to accomplish the behavior above.Alternatively you need a bit of custom code which is able to set the list_N to zero in the subscriber table for the customer which needs to be removed from the targeted list.

KeymasterHi, the textual version can be sent ONLY if you use an SMTP or set the “direct mailing” from the Newsletter main settings. There is no options to send ONLY a text email, they will always be an html+text part email, then the email client will choose what to show. Actually, I don’t think there are email clients showing the textual part only and if the case, the will be a really small part.
And, yes, some spam filter are still using the text part presence to lower the spam score… of course I think this practice is almost obsolete.

KeymasterHi, when we extract the content we remove the shortcodes using the WP provided function, but some themes do not register they shortcodes in the admin context, hence they cannot be removed.
We’re looking on how to deal with that problem (it’s not limited to divi there are some other themes showing the same behavior).

KeymasterHi, that is not connected with the mailing. First, you have the caching enabled in your wp-config.php but you’re missing the advanced-cache file. If you’re not using a cache plugin, you should disable the caching in wp-config.php. Then check in that file if you’re running in debug mode, setting the constant wp_debug to false.
Then run a mailing test from the status panel of Newsletter.

The newsletter default is just the default setting when the newsletter is created the first time, but if you set the specific newsletter to no it is kept as no… and if you duplicate a newsletter with no tracking active it keep the no tracking setting (even if it can be changed).
There was a reason to set the tracking to “no” and maybe that choice has been “propagated” duplicating an old newsletter to create the new ones?
