You should try to get that list from your ecommerce system and then import it wit Advanced Import Addon. We have not an automatic option for that (even if a coder could program it probably).

You should not send email as xxxxx@gmail.com with amazon ses, since the gmail domain is controlled by google. You should use your won domain and verify the email address you want to use. It’s likely that Amazon do not support sender with @gmail.com as domain.

Hi without see the site is not easy to understand the problem. The page used by Newsletter is a regular WP page, maybe you need to adjust the layout in that page with you theme options.

Probably you’re using an SMTP plugin which forces the sender email address, or your provider is forcing it. Try to check those two possibilities.

Hi, probably you have mod_security active in your web hosting: ask the provider to try to disable it.
In this case you should simply change the links with bit.ly, for example or using the UTM by google analytics which lets you to collect aggragtes.

Hi, that is impossible, our plugin cannot delete itself and, anyway, the database is not touched during the update process. So all your data and subscribers is still theme, of course if you have not some kind of blog reset procedure which for sure is not part of WordPress or Newsletter.
Please, check your database, or ask a technician to check it for you, and look for “newsletter_*” tables. There you can find all your data. If those tables are not there you should definitively check what happened in your blog.
You can install Newsletter again, and it will show you the data store into your database.

Hi, Newsletter uses the sender you set on its main options. But your SMTP plugin could override it or it could be change by your provider. Maybe the sender you’re using has not its own mailbox and your provider does not allow to use a different address than the one used to autheticate.

The limit you set depends on your provider, ask them how many email you can send per hour. The max speed reported is the capability of your server.
Anyway, that error could not be the problem you face about mail delivery. That error may block the email deliver or may not. You should even ask the provider if there are blocks on their mailing system.
Hi, probably there is the plugin “AKTT” (I don’t know what it is) which is not using correctly the WP functions. You should report them that error.

DKIM is a signature for emails which is made using a couple of key and one key must be exposed in your DNS. We do not manage that kind of signature, but your provider could add it to outgoing emails.

That notice cannot be removed. If you have that addon you probably purchased it in the past, it has never been free. If you don’t need it, just uninstall it.

About the advanced composer blocks, yes, we have a block which extracts the CPT but be aware that a CPT is basically only a title, text and image, a generic block cannot know the full nature of a CPT and display its metadata.

Hi, the cron is not related to the signup. If the signup freezes, probably your mailing system is vert slow. Try a test from the status panel.
The cron manager can execute the jobs, and it’s ok, the problem there is the missing automatic execution. Check the suggested link on the status panel to add an external trigger.

it means to send a single email it is taking 8 seconds. You need to contact your provider to check what’s going on. Usually sending an email should take no more than tenths of second.

Hi, we do not use “create_function”, probably is from a third party plugin interception the wp mailing.
You cannot correct them, it is reporting two emails has (probably) not be sent. The reports addon lists those addresses but usually it is not to be considered a problem if some contact cannot be reached or if the mail server has refused to send some emails. Of course if the percentages of error is important, it is required to understand what’s happening.
You can even enable the logger on main setting to have information reported on log files.

The plugin does not send email when you publish new articles, but you can install the automated addon to schedule automatic email generation.

Hi, the problem could be the List-unsubscribe header which is sometime blocked. We need to ad an exception for that header when using office 365.
If you can modify the PHP code of the plugin for a test, on line 777 of plugin.php, latest version of newsletter, change List-Unsubscribe to X-List-Unsubscribe

Hi, you can use lists to collect acceptances, but they cannot be made mandatory. If you have two mandatory acceptances, you can “merge” them in the single privacy mandatory checkbox. The optional one can be a list, so you can segment the subscribers as well.
There is no way to change the admin email. You can see all subscribers with detailed data in the specific admin page.

We have an integration to generate subscriptions from cf7 (but not storing all kind of collected data), while there are plugin which integrate with cf7 to create a database with all collected contact for later export and consultation.
Hi, that “wp_db_temp_dir” is from another plugin which is modifying the standard wp_mail() function. Try to disable other plugin or to understand which plugin is changing the mailing behavior of WP.

Anyway that error could not be related directly with the mailing process (PHP is not the best for tracing errors). Could be your provide does not allow you to send email.
Disable the backup plugin and try again, many we can see a different error.You can use the facebook subscription link you find on facebook admin page, and integrate it on subscription page (see the subscription configuration panel) or in a widget. You can even use the shortcodes prvided by the facebook addon

Hi, latest version has not introduced something particular, but with long newsletter I noted outlook 365 is “cutting” the email, while if I open it using the option “see in a browser” it shows perfectly.
Actually we added a container to control the background, but it should not create such kind of issues.

Hi, but what is growing in the database? If you send a newsletter the newsletter_sent table is filled in with data for tracking purposes. We do not store other transients (or anyway a little number of them).
Maybe your customer has an increased number fo subscribers?

Hi, the SMTP interface is implemented in a provided library by WP. So, if you specify tls as protocol that library should use the better one.
As alternative, install an SMTP plugin which may use a different library.

No SMTP is required if your hosting provider provides a mail service for your blog (usually they do). About limits you should ask your provider. The sender email address can be configured on Newsletter main settings.

If a test from the status panel works but a test newsletter not, you should ask the provider about spam filters.

Hi, the plugin can store as many subscriber as you want, state you have no limit on your hosting plan on the database. The number of email you can send depends on limits of your provider, you should ask them.
