Error means the delivery has not even started because the service (SMTP, local server, etc) was not available. Check on the targeted users list if an error message have been registered.

Per il punto 2, è un po’ complesso capire il problema. Prova a mettere il logger a debug (main settings) e poi, dopo la spedizione possiamo analizzare la traccia di quello che succede.
L’unica cosa che mi viene in mente è che si verifichi, per qualche motivo, una condizione di errore durante la comunicazione con l’SMTP.

KeymasterYou should offer a centralized registration to your newsletter. The form can be installed separately on each domain, but it posts the data in the main site.
If the domains are a low number, each form can contain an hidden list number that repersents the resturant or with a customization the resturant source of the subscription can be a special field.
The problem that you will anyway have is to send a newsletter for a specific resturant, actually I think you can simply create a good newsletter layout for each resturant and don’t worry if it is sent from the main domain.

In your account page (see the top menu “account”), you have a license code to be copied in the Newsletter main settings. Then the extensions panel in the Newsletter menu is enable for the extensions installation.
I suspect you did not received the activation email. We received a purchase with a wrong email address and it is very similar to your actuall address.

KeymasterThere is no fraud. There was a problem in the database while registering your transaction and you should have seen a message to contact the support reporting the transaction key. Anyway we already sent you the unlocking link to activate the license, since on errors we receive the notification and we act as quickly as possible.

KeymasterHi, we recently introduced the support for woocommerce signup and we already listed the improvements you correctly suggested. About the first and last name, we’ll check the problem of the checkout page and event the delete problem (could it be the user cannot be deleted because it has associated orders or carts)?
Generic registration forms works correctly only if they fire the correct wp event and we should able to collect the first and last name. Have you the latest version of the wp users integration?
Anyway the registration of woo and the wordpress registration, when both integrated with newsletter, are not immediate to manage due to the event sequences: we’er working on it.

KeymasterHi, the plugin never delete the tables, even when it is removed, so no data has been lost. Are you sure there was not a database crash? Try to run a repair and optimize command on that table.

KeymasterHi, Newsletter does not convert the characters. But where do you see those wrong characters? In the received email from mailgun? Or in the editor? The encoding you see is a bad interpretation of a regular utf-8 enconding and mailgun should absolutely manage it.
I wonder if the problem is before we send the email to mailgun.
