same problem, all plugins updated, all WP update. Database error persist.

Check the privileges of the user you use to connect to the database, it seems it cannot change the tables. It’s require to update the plugin.
(ALTER command denied to user ‘databasename’@’localhost’ for table ‘wp_newsletter_test’)
