Thank you for your reply. I’m not sure about the kind of shortcode. When I was setting up the submit and unsubmit auto replies to the subscriber, I got an error message that I needed to add the newsletter shortcode. That’s all I know. Are you familiar with this error message and what kind of shortcode I might use?
