    Hi,

    I have a blogger license that includes “priority support”. What exactly is meant by this? After posting a question here, it usually takes days if not weeks to get an answer. I wouldn’t call this “priority”. Should I use the ticket system instead? I always prefer forum posts since these threads can help others while a support ticket would be just for me.
