Welcome text not showing up in the [newsletter] page.

I had this working before other person who also manage this blog did something that broke the newsletter plugin.
I got the subscription process working, even the notification mail.
But the newsletter page is not showing any text, like the welcome, error, confirmation.

I spent many hours trying to figure it out in the last week or so, help me please.

Hi, but in the newsletter page you linked, which is the content? You should see only the [newsletter] shortcode.
