View Online Link loads blank page

Hi,

A customer of mine has three newsletters due to go out, and is querying if the links are working. I have checked and the 'View Online' link loads a blank page.

I sent myself a test email, and checked there as well, still a blank page.

Anyone else had the same issue? The last newsletter she sent worked just fine (21st Oct). I saw there was an update to the plugin and ran it, but no change. Current version is 8.6.0.

is the newsletter dedicated page correctly set up and active? Can you share a link to the website?

Yes the newsletter page is live and visible.

She sent one out last night, and I have checked the link which is working.

So the 'View Online' page will only be visible when the newsletter has actually started sending? Would that be right?

Hello Shelley,

yes that is right, links will work correctly in the sent newsletter (also in the test ones, of course).

Thank you. It works in the live newsletters, but didn't work in the test, however as long as the live ones are working correctly, that'll do for me 🙂
