unsubscription_confirm_url linked to Sendgrid

I have setup the newsletter plugin to integrate with Sendgrid but I intend to use Sendgrid to send the autoresponder email only. However, the {unsubscription_confirm_url} has been linked to an sendgrid.net url. When clicked, it keeps trying to load into the page without success.

In my Sendgrid “Subscription Tracking” has been disabled. How should I resolve this issue?
