When a subscriber tries to unsubscribe from our newsletter they arrive at a totally blank page with the URL http://xxxxxxxxxx.org.uk/?na=uc&nk=1-e788a7e7bc. The subscriber is not unsubscribed. This has been reported to us by a subscriber and I have subsequently tried to unsubscribe myself with the same result.
