Hello,
why in our newsletters, the options like Unsubscribe is not working? when we send newsletters, it sent perfectly but our subscribers reported that, when they click on unsubscribe, nothing happens.
it goes to the homepage with a weird URL in the top bar such as domain, com/?nm=unsubscribe&nk=0-0
but nothing happen. not doing an actual unsubscribe.
please guide
