our users are receiving nl with an uncorrect token, always the same for all users, so if you try to update or delete your profile you cannot do that, just go to edit that uncorrect token.
how come?

Yes they do, and they belong to another subscriber, always the same for all users.
One more strangeness is that there is no progress in newsletters panel, email status is on “new” and messages sent is on “0 of” despite all users have received the newsletter.
