Theme switch after loading of new articles

Hello, i have 2 template that load articles from 2 different post types of wordpress. All is working fine but i’ve noticed that if i have one session of the plugin with a template loaded and then in another session i have another istance of the plugin with the other template loaded, id i click on the button to load new articles, it also load and overwrite the template with the other.
Is it normal? Is it supposed to work on a single newsletter at a time?
Or there is a problem on my end?

That is a know bug even if rarely triggered by people (since they usually does not open two newsletter creation page at the same time). On Monday we release a new version to manage the themes in different ways (they can be registered by WP themes or plugins) and that should save even that bug.
