theme internal paths

Hi,
I modified the default theme to my needs. My new theme is in /extensions/newsletter/emails/themes/mytheme/ as suggested.

But there are links to theme files coded like this :
<?php include WP_PLUGIN_DIR . ‘/newsletter/emails/themes/default/footer.php’; ?>

How can I replace that path to use files from /extensions/newsletter/emails/themes/mytheme/ ?
