The subscription form on external sites

Dear Sir,

We have a licensed version of the subscription plugin. We want to include the subscription form on external site and also in emails. Please help us by providing the steps to include the subscription form.

Hi, if you have a license, please open a ticket to the support reserved to premium users.
Anyway you can copy the generated form in other sites but remember to include the form validation javascript or to code a custom one.
About the form in emails, it’s not clear to me what you mean.

Copy the generated form in other sites. I didn’t understand. I want to add the newsletter subscription option or integrate the same subscription code used in wordpress in an external non-wordpress site. Where do I get the generated form code?
