    I have set the cron correctly in my cpanel so I don’t understand why I get this error when I try to send an email:
    The cron system seems not running correctly.

    The internel check can take a while to detect the cron is now working correctly. But if the notice persists, it measn the cron commend you added is not working. Have you used the php invocation method? Try to grab the logs from that command or ask the provider to check that command.
