Last week everything was working perfectly but today no test emails were delivered when I tested my newsletter. I sent diagnostic emails and I got them without a problem, but I didn’t get those test newsletter emails… Another weird thing – when I started to send live newsletter, I got that email so I have really no idea why does sending test newsletter emails doesn’t work. Any suggestions?
If you’re not able to send a test newsletter but the diagnostic work, probably your provider has a spam filter. Try to create a blank newsletter with only text (no images and no links) and test it.
