Test email failure – “Module ‘SourceGuardian’ already loaded”

I get a failure message when attempting to send the test email: “Module ‘SourceGuardian’ already loaded”. I tried searching this error message on the support forum and documentation but cannot find anything. Can anyone give me an idea of how to resolve this?

Hi it seems a php error not related to Newsletter (where is it shown? In a newsletter admin page?). Try to contact the provider and check which php version are you running and if it is configured correctly.

Hi Stefano,

Thank you very much. Your email gave me the clue I needed. I checked and saw that I had forgotten to update the WP mailer settings from my previous mail provider. Its all good now.
