Subscribers List and Details

Hi,
Just a quick question,
Is it possible to hide the subscribers list?
I want to add someone else to my dashboard and allow them to send newsletters but i dont want them to be able to click on the subscribers list and see everyone’s emails.
Also,
Is it possible to send a newsletter with peoples profile detail in it?
I.E
Hi (name)
this is your profile details:
(profile details)
and then display all the info here such as name and subscribed listed etc.

Essentially, i want to be able to send an email to everyone listing what the are subscribed to and what details such as email address / gender /additional fields etc we have for them, in the lead up to the new data protection act just so they know what info about them we have.
