Subscriber Maintenance – Confirm All & Opt In Settings, Please Help

Hello,

I am sure this has been answered but there are so many pages on this forum to scroll through… I have a lot of “not confirmed” subscribers on my Newsletter list, if I click the “confirm all” button in Subscriber Maintenance will it change them to confirmed or will it send them an email for them to confirm? And 2nd question, is there a way to not make people have to opt in twice? So when they add their email address to the subscription box on my website that is it, they are then subscribed, no confirmation needed…

No email is sent, it’s only a status change. The double opt in can be change in the subscription configuration panel.

Wow your fast… Awesome. I found the opt in setting! So for the status change does that mean it moves them to my subscribed list then and they’d receive all Newsletters moving forward?
