Submit button –> invalid

I don’t see the solution for my problem at the moment. Please help.

If I put in a name and e-mail-address and press the submit button, there will be a blank page with one word “invalid”. Sending a test e-mail form Newsletter works fine.

Puuhhh, got it. Solved. I forgot to change ONE http into https in Form 2.
