Status message does not appear

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me with configuring the cancellation message. As it stands right now users are able to unsubscribe however when the link is clicked it sends them to my subscribe page and shows no message but I can see on my dashboard that they have successfully unsubscribed.

Please be sure the “dedicated” page set on Newsletter main settings is properly configured:
