Snipped of Code in Subscriber Profile Page Email Field

I just did my first test subscription and successfully signed up for my newsletter. However when I click on “Change Your Profile” from the Welcome email, on that profile page, at the top, In the email field is this code: <img src=
and just below the email field is: “>
There is no email address in that field though, just that snippet of code.
Anyone know how to fix this?
