Sending an email to subscribers for new Blog Post

I can’t figure this out. I need to trigger an email to be sent to my subscribers when I create a new Blog Post on my wordpress site.
I’ve setup a newsletter and when I create a post it sends a message and then the status changes to sent.
If I create another new blog post, this newsletter isn’t being sent because the status is set to sent.
I need this newsletter to always run after I create a new blog post.

A suggestion…

I’m also a new user, and what I’ve done is create a Template for a Fortnightly Digest of new and recent posts on our WP site.

That way you look far less spammy, and it’s easy to set up by following the Newsletter docs.
