Is it possible to configure the automated newsletter to send on Sunday of every other week? (Sending the 1st and 3rd or 2nd and 4th weeks is not the same – that doesn’t handle months with 5 Sundays.)

Similarly, is it possible to setup an automated newsletter to send on the fist of every month, no mater what day of the week that is?
