Hello, I have a website : https://namahej.cz/ down on the page is newsletter form. I like this plugin THE NEWSLETTER PLUGIN I know how to work with it I using that in different projects. How can I integrate it? I need to put into the widget:

Form email field name attribute:
Form Action URL:

Is it enough? Can you help me what should I put there?
