Privacy Checkbox: Define only one anchor word for privacy URL?

Hi,
is there the possibility to define only one Word of the privacy check box label text? Our data security official obligated us to insert a pretty long text. On mobile devices it is hard to select the check box. More often you probably click on the label text linked to the privacy page, which is pretty annoying. If there was the possibility to link only one word namely the word privacy in the label text it would be fantastic. If it is not possible what solution would you propone?
