KeymasterHello, and thanks for using our plugin. You can set up the confirmation message by going to Subscription > Settings and Messages > Activation.

KeymasterI’m sorry, I still don’t understand what exactly isn’t working here. Did you design your confirmation email using the composer?

ParticipantI customized the confirmation email by adding HTML and styling it, and I previewed it successfully—it looked great. However, when I receive the confirmation email, the design is not as I created it. Instead, it appears as the default “message template”, and my custom design is being overwritten.
I would like to prevent the message template from overriding my custom confirmation email design.
Could you please guide me on how to disable or turn off the message template so that my custom design is used as the confirmation email template?

KeymasterHi,
you said you added the html, may I ask where exactly did you add it? Did you check the “customize” radio button? Also, we recently added the option to create your customized service emails with our visual composer, did you give that a try?

ParticipantSubject: Detailed Clarification – Custom Confirmation Email Design Issue
Hi there,
I want to provide more specific details about the confirmation email design problem I’m experiencing:Email Design Process:
I customized the confirmation email by adding HTML and styling
I previewed the email in the design interface, and it looked exactly as I intended
However, when the actual confirmation email is sent, my custom design is completely overriddenSpecific Observation:
The email that gets sent appears to use the default “message template”
My carefully crafted HTML and styling are not being applied
This happens despite me believing I’ve correctly set up the custom designSpecific Questions:
Where in the plugin settings should I ensure my custom design is correctly implemented?
Are there specific steps I need to take to prevent the default template from overriding my design?
Can you provide a step-by-step guide to successfully use a custom email template?I’ve already:
Added custom HTML
Previewed the design
Confirmed the design looks correct in the previewI would greatly appreciate detailed guidance on resolving this template override issue.
If you guys can answer faster cuz i need to fix this problem fastMarch 25, 2025 at 9:49 am #342070Michael
KeymasterHello,
if you don’t answer my questions, it would be rather hard for me to help you.
1. Where did you insert your custom html? The correct place to paste the code is: Subscription > Confirmation > Email > Select “Text” panel. Be sure that “Customize” radio button is selected.
2. You can also send me a screenshot of that panel, so I can check everything is ok.
Thanks,
Michael -
