    Hello, our unsubscribe function is not working. The URL and link to unsubscribe are functional, but when clicking, the unsubscribe page does not appear – we’r just being led to the hoepage , and the user’s status is not updated to unsubscribed.\

    any advices where to look first ?

    Hello,

    did you correctly setup Newsletter main page? It should contain Newsletter main tag only and nothing else.
