The last newsletter we send out, a couple of our subscribers were automaticly unsubscribed.
It’s not the case with everyone. Anyone had an experience with this or knows how to slove this? We stopped the sending halfway. We don’t want to send out another until we are sure the problem is fixed. Thoughts? Thx.
People didn’t press any unsubscribe button. I received the newsletter and from the moment i opened it, i received a ‘goodbye’ e-mail. The article you send is related to gmail accounts, but i’m not using a gmail-account…
Ok, I see. It’s probably caused by some aggressive spam filter which is triggering an automatic unsubscription (where it shouldn’t, of course). Could you please tell me more on your environment? Mail client, mail provider etc…
