Online version in custom page?

Hi, how can I embed the online version (archive) of the newsletter into its own page (instead of it being a page without the WP headers, block editor, etc.) so I can add things like a subscribe button and have the page headers?

It’s actually not possible since a newsletter is a full HTML page, cannot be embedded in a regular page. The only possibility is to user an iframe (but typically it is not so easy to make it responsive.
