    Hi,
    is it normal to have a newsletter still sending with 113% ?

    Yes, it happens if you add more subscribers while it is sending (or they subscribed or they changed the profile and match the targeting filters). BTW we’re thinking of changing that behavior: it’s sometimes useful, sometimes confiusing.
