    Hi Stefano,

All of a sudden some tags that I used while composing a newsletter don't work anymore. In the preheader block the {date} tag works fine but the {email_url} tag that used to bring the reader to the online version generates a page not found error. In the footer block the the online version tag doesn't work and the {profile_url} tag to change the readers subscription, generates a Page not Found error too. What's wrong here? I searched the manual and the forum for answers but I can't find a solution. Could you please help me solve this problem?

    Thanks,
    Uri

Hi, the page not found could be related to the dedicated page not correctly configured. But before check that, link below, are you verifying those link from a test newsletter? A test newsletter couldn't have an associated subscriber and to they won't work.

    Ha Stefano,

Yes! That's it: "A test newsletter couldn’t have an associated subscriber..."

Thank you for your reply and link,
    Uri
