    Dear Sir, We plan to use Newsletter Plugin to replay our subscribers as technical support and invite them to chat. This is just text message with one link, (the RocketChat server).

    The problem is that, when we use Newsletter plugin for support, the email is received in Newsletter folder, but we need to be sent to the client in to the inbox. The reason way is received in client Newsletter folders, is because the Email Tail contain “Precedence: bulk” and X-Newsletter-Email-Id: xx”. But when we test the SMTP server, the email (This Email is sent by PHPMailer of WordPress) arrive in Inbox and Email Tail is basic, like one to one email.

    Please advise how to deal with this problem and how to setting the Newsletter plugin, for our support client list”s and to be received in client “Inbox”. We use clean subscribers lists and clean SES AWS (Simple Email Service) and from qualified SMTP server, all the emails arrived in Inbox.

    Please receive the email text sample we plan to use with Newsletter plugin:
    “Dear John,
    Your support ticket is open and for immediate assistance you can Chat with our technician by click HERE”

    So in this situation, the email can’t be received in Newsletter Folder of John.
