I have an issue with the newsletter statistics. When I send a newsletter, many email are counted as open in the stats, but they are not.
I sent a newsletter to a list of only emails address of mine : 100% open rate, but I opened none of the emails.
Did you have this problem before, do you know how to fix it ?

Hi, that could happen if the mail client loads the tracking image even if the email has not been opened. I don’t think mailjet does that, but we could check.
Some antivirus does that, installed in the client machine or in the mail server.

My problem is that since the latest release, I have no more “opens” counting, it remains to 000 ! This was functionning correctly before the release with the same parameters.
