Hi I sent out a newsletter to 541 subscribers but some did not receive it despite the progress report saying it was sent to all. I saw another discussion on this forum mentioning something about contacting a “provider” to see if the plugin has permission to be used in the email server- not exactly sure how to go about this.
I tried sending a test newsletter to my agency email account and didn’t receive it (ex: myname@ngo.org). It seems that all subscribers with the same agency email account did not receive it (those using xxx@ngo.org) but all others with gmail/yahoo got the newsletter. How do I fix this problem and whom should I contact?
