Newsletter from post or post from newsletter – possible?

Hello,
I’m looking for this functionality on my website. Can Newsletter do the trick?
I’m regularly emailing information to a group of people with access to a private website. I need these emails to appear as posts on that website, so that the people can look there if they delete the email, comment on it etc. I don’t really care if a post is sent as an email or if an email is shown as a post but I’d like it to happen automatically (when I send the email, it appears on the web or vice versa). I also need the whole post content in the email body, not only a link to the post.
