Newsletter forms on separate subdomain with WooCommerce

Hi!

I have a standard website http://www.page.com and a woocommerce-shop-page: shop.page.com
How can I integrate the form on my subdomain as well (in menus or articles in free version, with woocommerce-elements with pro-account)? The two sites are not set up in a mulitisite network, they are two individual wordpress installations.
