I have been trying to write my first newletter and the visual editor doesn’t appear. I only get a blank white screen with the “Add Media” button and someother link. Any ideas on how to handle this?
usually this is an incompatibility with another plugin adding js code to our pages. if possible try to disable other non essential plugins and check. the theme it self can be the cause but disabling the theme could be a problem.
if you’re able to use the browser debugger an error could be reported in the console panel.
