Newsletter as static html page

Is it possible to store the newsletter as a html page on wordpress?

Hi, can you explain me better what is your need? The newsletter is actually a pure HTML (stored in the database).

Hi Stefano,

I find that when we create a newsletter the button url link works but the text url does not.
So I was thinking of just having the newsletter url link to a static html page.
I am probably missing something here re: the text url link.
