Hi there,
it´s really not easy to handle with your website!
You wrote that users can find the invoice in account profile. I couldnt find it.
On support site its not possible to open a ticket.
Hope you can help.
ThanksHi Ines, please check that you are using the right user, we can’t find a contract with this username. Can you send the payment receipt number or the contract number from the welcome email at support@thenewsletterplugin.com?
