    Is there any way to modify a Newsletter viewed on the web site after delivery? I am very careful to avoid plain email addresses of telephone numbers on my site but thought ‘it will be OK in an email’ forgetting of course that the newsletters end up easily searchable on the site!

    So I need to edit to online version of the newsletter to hide or obfuscate sensitive details.

    I did find a way to do this by editing the row in the newsletter_emails table in the MySQL database but it may not be for everyone! I had to edit both the HTML and Text versions to be on the safe side.

    Hello,

    yes normally a sent newsletter can’t be edited again, except for editing the database directly.
