Missing Translations

One of my customers doesn’t speak English. He is completeley disoriented by this english texts in the dashboard. Where can I translate the following text. I use the “Loco Translate” Plugin, but do not find this english text in the lists:

Your sender name and address

From who your subscribers will see the emails coming from? Review

our plugin translations are based upon WordPress.org translate project, sometimes it takes a while before new parts of the plugin get properly translated in all languages. Which language are you referring to? So I can check translation status.
