Missing slash in URL

When I have a new subscriber subscribes (Double Opt-in), the email sends out fine with a short link in the email to confirm the subscription.

However, when this short link is clicked, it becomes a longer URL. The confirmation page link is missing a ‘/’ in the longer URL right after the domain. So the long url becomes:
http://qbl.orgnewsletter/?nm=confirmed&nk=9-2677675145&r=http://qbl.org/?na=c&nk=9-2677675145&t=0

Is there somewhere I can edit the settings so that that I can add that / after the qbl.org in the long URL? I know how to edit PHP, so if someone could point out where the URL is constructed and which file in the plugin it’s created in, I can edit it to include the slash.

I checked the newsletter dedicated page on subscription settings and I don’t see anything wrong with how it’s set up.

In the configuration select your page. You have an old url stored. See the not under the selection field.
