    My provider allows me to send 90 emails at a time. So after the first 90 another 90 can be sent after 5 minutes, etc. Do I put 1080 in the settings of “mails per hour”?
    Were 180 emails sent in the first 10 minutes?

    Yes, but be sure your provider has no limits on max mail per day as well (usually they have).
