Mailjet SMTP/API errors and setup

Hello,

I purchased the premium pack and am trying to get mailjet integrated. I can’t seem to get it to connect with mailjet. When I try to send a test email, I get this error”

An error occurred. The system reported:

I’ve tried every combination of SMTP host/port that mailjet reccomends and I still get this error.

Please let me know what I can do to move past this.
