    Hello Newsletter community,

    We have encountered a problem where email opens are not counted correctly, more specifically it is equal to the Clicks counter.

    Also, I could not find the mechanism through which the email opens are counted, there is no image in the source of the emails used for counting, not any settings related to this feature in the plugin itself.

    We have Newsletter version 5.0.3.

    Please advise.

    The open tracking image is added to each newsletter with tracking active just before the tag.
