"License Not Valid" message

I got the following message:

It seems that your blog cannot contact the license validator. Ask your provider to unlock the HTTP/HTTPS connections to http://www.thenewsletterplugin.com
http_request_failed – cURL error 28: connect() timed out!

WHat does it mean and how should I resolved this?

As reported in the error: “Ask your provider to unlock the HTTP/HTTPS connections to https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com”. Your blog is firewalled, cannot connect to the license validator.

Hi issue is back again. Is there anyting to edit in .htaccess ?

edit: no firewall install on my web site host.

This problem isn’t solved for me to. Purchased this plugin and I can’t use it properly. My blog has no firewall to.

Not addressing this problem simply means this it is useless to buy a license.
Since they can not guarantee that your license wil be validated.

Where can I ask for a refund?
