Large forehead with blank br tags

There’s some large blank spaces above the header for my email.
Like so.

There’s absolutely nothing in the drag and drop editor.
Any hints on what might be causing this?

Uhm, that sequence of BR tags is rather strange. Can you share a screenshot? If you drag a block, that space stays there?
